This top is knitted from soft, lightweight merino wool and designed with visible exterior seams.
Merino wool is known for its exceptionally soft touch, as its fibers are much finer and more flexible than those of other breeds. It is also a completely renewable natural material that offers excellent breathability and antimicrobial properties. The merino wool used by rus is sourced from Australian merino sheep and processed into yarn at skilled Italian spinning mills. These mills primarily work with family-owned farms to ensure management systems that prioritize animal health and welfare.
The design features a loose bodice with a cropped length, making it easy to pair with a variety of bottoms. We recommend layering it over shirts or cut-and-sew tops to take advantage of the cropped silhouette. The sleeves are intentionally long and feature thumbholes to keep your hands warm.
